Delivery areas and time

We deliver to every city in Saudi Arabia through our carriers: inside Buraidah within one working day, Qassim and Riyadh within two, other cities in two to five working days from dispatch. The exact time and price show at checkout before you pay.

Shipping fees

Fees come from the carrier and are shown before payment. Collecting from any branch is always free.

Tracking

Once the parcel is handed to the carrier the tracking number reaches your email and your orders page.

Large and heavy parts

Parts beyond normal parcel limits ship by road freight; our team confirms time and price with you first.

Inspect the part on delivery and tell us within 48 hours about any shipping damage so we can replace it.
