Period and conditions

Within 7 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging with the invoice, at any branch or by shipping.

Not returnable

Electrical and electronic parts once fitted, special-order parts, and opened fluids and oils.

Refunds

Refunded to the same payment method within 3 to 7 working days of receiving the part.

Wrong or faulty part

If the part does not match or has a manufacturing defect we cover shipping and replace it or refund in full.
